A shampoo bar is a concentrated solid that you lather with water when you use it. It takes up less space, does not spill and often lasts longer, but needs to dry between washes.

After changing your shampoo, your hair may feel different after washing. It can take a few washes to work out the right amount, how to lather it and whether the particular formula suits your hair.
